进口食品风险管理手册

本手册重点关注基于风险的计划制定情况,并支持相关国家利用现有资源有针对性地、适当地应对重点风险。贸易和粮食安全状况、机构配置、法律框架、可获得的辅助职能等因素都将被纳入考量。 本手册是其他现有粮农组织指南的补充,旨在加强成员国基于风险的食品检验体系。
