Phsicochemical composition of Cabernet Sauvignon wine from different areas of the Serra Gaúcha, Brazil.

The objective of this work was to evaluate the physicochemical composition of the Cabernet Sauvignon wine made from grapes grown in different areas of the Serra Gaúcha, the Brazilian most important viticultural region.
