Estudios de la resistencia a acaricidas organofosforados del Boophilus Microplus en el Uruguay: I. Perfil de sensibilidad de la cepa Mozo tomada como patrón sensible

Stone and Haydock test was used to study the behaviour of 10-14 days old sensible Mozo strain larvas. 50 lethal dose (DL 50) (inti 99 lethal dose (DL 99) were determined with the same technique afler exposure of strain OP acaricides used in Uruguay. Results are discussed and Mozo strain is recommended to be used as susceptible reference strain and as measure pattern for field problema strains.
