Comentarios sobre algunas edades de las rocas de la parte central de la Cordillera de la Costa
Se presenta una revisión de Ia información cronológica de las rocas rnetamórficas de la parte central de la Cordillera de !a Costa, incluyendo 36 localidades fosilíferas, 24 determinanes por el rnétodo de K-Ar y 9 por Rb-Sr. Se reinterpretan las edades de las "formaciones" Las Bnsas, Peña de Mora y Sebastopol y el Granito de Guaremal. A B S T R. A C T A review is presented to the chronological information on the metamorphic rocks of the central Cordillera de la Costa, including 36 fossillocallities, 24 K-Ar determinations and 9 Rb-Sr. An age reinterpretation of the Las Brisas, Peña de Mora and Sebastopol "formations" and the Guaremal Granite is proposed.
