Terminal evaluation of the UNEP GEF project: On ecosystems, protected areas and people

This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2003 and 2007. The overall goal of the project was to put in place measures to assist practitioners and policy makers in areas of high global biodiversity value responsible for managing protected areas. The evaluation sought to determine the extent to which the project objectives were achieved, or are expected to be achieved, and assess if the project has led to any other positive or negative consequences.
