Terminal evaluation UNEP GEF project: Integrated EM approach to conserve biodiversity & minimize habitat fragmentation ECORA

This is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2004 and 2009. The main objective of the project is the conservation and sustainable use of globally significant biodiversity in the Russian Arctic. The objective of the terminal evaluation was to establish project progress towards impact and review and evaluate the implementation of planned project activities, outputs and outcomes against actual results.
