Terminal Evaluation of the UNEP GEF Project: Support for Implementation of the National Biosafety Framework for Bhutan

This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2010 and 2014. The Project Objective was to make the National Biosafety Framework fully operational for the benefit of the people and environment of Bhutan consistent with the provisions of the Cartagena Protocol and the Constitution of the Kingdom. The objectives of the evaluation was: to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements; and to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, the GEF and their executing partners.
