Genomic characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes isolated from the Agaricus bisporus mushroom production chain

Listeria monocytogenes strains isolated from the Agaricus bisporus mushroom production chain. Sequences were analyzed using Multi Locus Sequence Typing (MLST) for determination of the Sequence Types (STs) and the Clonal Complexes (CCs). Comparative WGS analysis of these strains was used to determine the presence of possible virulence factors, stress factors and disinfection resistance genes.
