Raming van emissies van broeikasgassen en verwijderingen van CO2 door de LULUCF-sector 2021-2040 : Achtergronddocument bij de Klimaat- en Energieverkenning 2023
As part of the Climate and Energy Outlook 2023 (KEV 2023), greenhouse gas emissions and removals ofcarbon dioxide from land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF) the estimates from the KEV 2022 havebeen updated in outline. The methods used for the estimates are in line with the methodology used for theDutch greenhouse gas inventory reports to the UN Climate Convention (UNFCCC). The updated estimatestake into account the method changes made to the national reporting in 2023. Moreover, also the accountingrules that are applicable under the recently amended EU LULUCF regulation 2018/841 have been applied tothese estimates of emissions and removals for the period 2021-2025 and 2026-2030.
