Brassica oleracea var. capitata cultivar: OX-heart_923 (cabbage) Genome sequencing and assembly

The high inbreed Chinese southern pointed type line (OX-heart_923) of cabbage was used for whole genome de nove sequencing and assembly by single-molecule real-time (SMRT) long-read sequencing with the PacBio sequel platform combining pair-end short-read sequencing with the Illumina Hiseq platform and Hi-C (high-throughput/resolution chromosome conformation caputer) technology.
