As preparation for the workshop, a literature study was conducted on the ‘state of the art’ in e-commerce and related logistics, as well as the current state of the market in India. This final report consists of a brief workshop report, and a full outline of the workshop contents in the form of a PowerPoint presentation with the discussion outcomes, the contents of the literature study, the workshop presentations, and the results of a MentiMeter poll among participants.
