Grey (non agricultural based) in Green (agricultural based) education. There is a challenge for green education to incorporate more grey related values in educating new young multifunctional agricultural entrepreneurs. Interviews and discussion between young earlier graduated entrepreneurs and education staff lead to insight information and recommendations for improvement.
