During the Practice Supervised Professional, on 96-39 District Monitoring the rural area of Mazatenango, it originated this research aimed to evaluate the influence of the academic training of managers in the process quality of educational administration. For this, a survey was applied to thirty directors and thirty teachers, whose data were analyzed by its contrast with previously studied management theory. The hypothesis that the academic level of directors determines the quality of its management was found. It was found that the majority of directors has teaching and administrative experience. Sincetheyadministeredefficiently and effectivelyeducationalestablishments.
