Direct determination of terbacil in soil leachates by HPLC

An HPLC whith U.V. detection method has been developed for the directdetermination of terbacil in aqueous leachates of agricultural soils. The detection limit for a standard sample was comparable to, or better than, other published method. To test the HPLC conditions, the terbacil amount present in several leachates from different soil leaching columns was quantified.
