Agroclimatic modeling as an agricultural research tool.
The paper illustrates the use of an agro-climatic model so as to suggest agricultural research priorities. More generally, some of the main aspects of the modeling activity, as it is being conducted at EMBRAPA (the Brazilian Public Corporation for Agricultural Reearch) will be discussed.
