Food and Nutrition Security in Haiti
Haiti experiences a high level of food insecurity and poor levels of nutrition, due to widespread extreme poverty, low economic growth and a high incidence of natural disasters. The FAO has been working with the Haitian Government to contribute to sustainable food and nutrition security and increased rural incomes.
