Formulation of a project for rice quality improvement in Vietnam : Report on an issue identification and stakeholder consultation mission, November 2005
Objectives of the mission. The mission undertaken by two CIRAD scientists from 21" November to 2nd December 2005 aims at: - Having a better insight on how major actors of the rice supply chain perceived the issue. - Taking stock of current research and actions focusing or dealing with rice quality issue. - Pursuing consultation with CIRAD partners. - Investigating funding agencies interest in the subject and ability to sponsor the organization of the stakeholder workshop.
