From Lockdown to Reopening: Strategic Considerations for the Resumption of Activities in Latin America and the Caribbean within the framework of Covid-19

This document raises a series of considerations to consider when resuming activities once the confinement stage ends, motivated by the need to reduce the spread of COVID-19. It also reviews a series of official proposals for the opening of expert groups and other institutions and summarizes some lessons from the initial experiences of the countries that are taking this route. This document is part of a 3-monograph IDB series on public policies in the context of COVID-19.
