Proposal to Establish an International Training Centre for Operational Oceanography (ITCOocean): presented at the Twenty-first Session of the IOC Committee on International Oceanographic Data and Information Exchange (IODE-XXI), Liège, Belgium, 23-26 March 2011.

The Committee will be requested to consider the proposal of India to establish an International Training Centre for Operational Oceanography from the perspective of the IODE training programme and in particular its IOC Project Office for IODE and OceanTeacher, and to recommend to the Assembly supporting the proposal and offer by India.
