Current status of artificially cultured juveniles’ recruitment in the Sea of Azov

The article provides an analysis of monitoring data on the scale of recruitment of the Azov Sea Basin by juveniles of artificial generations. The current state of the material and technical base of hatcheries is assessed. The data on the long term development of the recruitment of anadromous and semi-anadromous juveniles are given. The need for a comprehensive approach to raise the level of artificial reproduction is described.
