The problem of additional methods in determination of physiological state of juvenile rainbow trout and Baltic salmon raised in artificial conditions is examined in the article. Histochemical method of alkaline and acid phosphatases determination in fish’s inner organs, beginning with the first stages of development is proposed here. The estimation of the degree of activity in alkaline and acid phosphatases depending on development stage of fish and some diseases is given in the article. The use of activity degree of mentioned ferments in the capacity of additional test for determination of fish physiological state, in some cases for early diagnostics is brought forward.
