Utility of precise post-processed navigation/altitude data in multibeam bathymetric surveys.
Recently high-resolution multibeam echo sounders have become more commonly used, and, as a result, the demands of precise post-processed navigation/altitude data have been increasing. In this study, an accuracy verification test of the precise post-processed navigation/altitude data by POSPac processing is carried out on the basis of the real multibeam data analysis. This report describes the utility of precise post-processed navigation/altitude data in multibeam bathymetric surveys.
