Characterization of araçá fruits (Psidium cattleianum Sabine): Phenolic composition, antioxidant activity and inhibition of a-amylase and a-glucosidase.

This study evaluated the potential of araçá phenolic fractions to inhibit the activity of ?-glucosidase and ?-amylase and related it to their phenolic composition.
