Proliferation Of Dedifferentiated Cells From Internodes Of Bell Pepper( wonder).

The aim of this study was to dedifferentiate cells of internodes of Capsicum annuum cv. Yolo Wonder into calluses, supplementing the culture medium with the growth regulators 2,4-D (0, 4.52, 9.05 and 18.10 µM) and BA (0, 0.44, 2.22 and 11.10 µM) in factorial combinations; and to evaluate the proliferation of callus cells in the different combinations of regulators.
