The intestinal microbiota of channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) fed graded levels of corn fermented protein.
Soybean meal was replaced on a total nitrogen basis at 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%, and channel catfish fingerlings were fed for 63 days. The digesta from the posterior segment was sampled and subjected to DNA extraction, followed by sequencing the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA.
