Botrytis cinerea genome resource
Isolates of Botrytis cinerea from ornamental greenhouses in Michigan were screened for resistance to fungicides before being sequenced. This resource can provide insight regarding multifungicide resistance and genetic diversity in the pathogen populations among ornamental hosts.
