NIRS Database on intact fresh cassava for Dry Matter at NRCRI, Nigeria
This database contains 900 (50 clones scanned 18 times) NIR spectra of fresh intact cassava root acquired in NRCRI (Nigeria), by using ASD QualitySpec NIR spectrometer. The spectra correspond to 50 genotypes (of WP4 clones) from Advanced Yield Trial (AYT) and Uniform Yield Trial (UYT) of NEXTGEN Cassava Breeding Project (NRCRI), Umudike NIGERIA in November 10, 2021.
