Industrial, biochemical and histochemical properties of sorghum stems harvested from 5 trials in France

This dataset contains phenotypic information regarding the industrial properties (anaerobic digestion, combustion, animal digestibility), stem biochemical composition and internode anatomy of 57 genotypes that have been cultivated in 5 sites in France between 2012 and 2014. This dataset has been used to identify sorghum stem ideotypes for 3 different end-uses, namely feed quality, combustion and anaerobic digestion.
