RIndSel Selection indeces for plant breeding

RIndSel is a software that calculated some different selection indexes like: Base Linear Phenotypic Selection Index (BLPSI), Linear Phenotypic Selection Index (LPSI), Eigen Selection Index Method (ESIM), Predetermined Proportional Gain Linear Phenotypic Selection Index (PPGLPSI), Restricted Linear Phenotypic Selection Index (RLPSI), Restricted Eigen Selection Index Method (RESIM), Linear Marker Selection Index (LMSI), Molecular Eigen Selection ndex Method (MESIM), Linear Genomic Selection Index (LGSI) and Desire; easily and efficiently. The experimental design that are accepted is Lattice, RCBD, augmented, sparse and adjusted means. For some analysis you need an active license from Asreml-R.
