Avaliacao de fungicidas para controle simultaneo da ferrugem (Hemileia vastatrix) e da cercosporiose (Cercospora coffeicola) do cafeeiro :

In a field trial the fungicide efficiency in a simultaneous control program of rust and Cercospora leaf spot in coffee trees was evaluated. Treatments were performed as fallows: 1) Control (without fungicide); 2) Copper oxyde (1500 g a.i./ha) applied in December, cyproconazole + copper oxychloride (60 + 900 g a.i./ha) applied in January and cyproconazole (50 g a.i./ha) - applied in march; 3) Copper oxyde (1500 g a.i./ha) - applied on December, cyyproconazole + copper oxychloride (72 + 1080 g a.i./ha) - applied in January and cyproconazole (50 g a.i./ha) - applied in March; 4) Copper oxyde (1500 g a.i./ha) applied in December, cyproconazole + copper oxychloride (60 + 900 g a.i./ha - tank mix) - applied in Jannuary and cyproconazole (50 g a.i./ha) - applied in March; 5) copper oxichloride (1500 g a.i./ha) - applied in December, cyproconazole (50 g a.i./ha) - applied in Jannuary and cyproconazole (50 g a.i./ha) - applied in March. All treatments were efficient on rust control. Treatments with copper fungicides in the second application were more efficient for simultaneous control of rust and Cercospora leaf spot.
