Cromatografia de fase gasosa dos componentes dos extratos metanólicos de folhas de cafeeiro

Phenolic compounds were separated from crude extracts of young and old leaves of coffee trees. These compounds were derivatizated with N,0-bis (Trimethylsilyl) acetamide (BSA) and analyzed by GC using analytical and capillary columns. This procedure made it possible to establish that the chemical composition of old and young leaves is different. The derivatization using BSA was very important to identify the compounds present in both extracts. Bioassay with these compounds was conducted to show their action against phytopathogens
