Effects of culture filtrate of Rhizoctonia solani on seed germination and seedling growth in coffee

Undiluted culture filtrate of Rhizoctonia solani inhibited the seed germination both in Coffea arabica and C. canephora. Apart from undiluted culture filtrate, the different dilutions exhibited stimulatory effect on causing seedling elongation occurred within 12 h and the stimulatory effect increased with the dilution of the culture filtrate
