Effect of organic amendments on fusarial wilt of coffee
Application of powdered neem cake basally at the rate of 2 kg/plant, farm yard manure and forest soil at the rate of 10 kg/plant to coffee plants affected with Fusarial wilt in two splits, one each in June-July and September-October in a trial proved neem cake to be effective in checking with. Recovery of disease affected plants was of the order of 73 per cent in plants treated with neem cake while it was 68 and 59 per cent respectively in plants treated with forest soil and farm yard manure
