Incomplete resistance to coffee leaf rust :
Incomplete resistance to Hemileia vastatrix in breeding lines and varieties of Coffea arabica and C. canephora cultivars Kouillou, Icatu and Catimor was studied under field, greenhouse, nursery and laboratory conditions. Testing methods are described and results of studies on the genetics of resistance and host-pathogen interactions are summarized. Evidence of incomplete vertical resistance in Icatu and Kouillou and of incomplete vertical pathogenicity in three isolates of H. vatatrix was found
