Cafes verts de l'Angola; etude chimique
A sample of Coffea arabica L., 3 varieties of C. canephora Pierre Froener (robusta) grown in Angola were analyzed. Content of fat (in of dry matter) 7-8,8 (C. canephora), 14.8 (C. arabica). Fatty acids (in of total fatty acids): palmitic acid (38-46), stearic acid (7), oleic acid (5-14.3), linoleic acid (30-41). The pattern of amino acids is nearly the same for the 4 samples (in of crude protein): lysine 6.1-6,4, histidine 2.3-2,7, tryptophane 0,9-1.0. Content of crude protein of the grains: 11,3-13,1 of dry matter
