This paper gave an overview of the present marketing options and prospects for cocoa. The domestic situation is for expansion. The world's perspective is for steady growth in total production. The three marketing options are: individuals selling fermented and dry beans to HHL, individuals selling fermented and dry bean to CGA wich sells to HHL, and individuals selling wet beans to CGA who ferments and dries the beans before selling them to HHL. The last option is preferred as quality is ranked as the number one priority and Hummingbird Herschey provides a guaranteed market.
