Application of a plastic container for fermenting cocoa beans in small quantities

A preliminary experiment was conducted to obtain a reliable and practical method to evaluate the quality of dried cocoa beans in a quick manner by fermenting them in small quantities using plastic containers. Results of this experiment open the possibility to use plastic containers for predicting the yield quality of the dried cocoa beans.
