This document records the result of MITRE participation in a team effort to establish the technical basis for the preparation of an invitation to bid for a 200 KW wood-fueled steam-electric generation plant at Yaviza, Panama. The document produced by the Panamanian Agency, Instituto de Recursos Hidráulicos y Electrificación (IRHE) is incorporated. It includes the plant description, fuel wood supply, and major equipment specifications. Drawings show the schematic flow diagram and the plot plan. Other team members were from IHRE and an independent consultant
