Attempts to use phage-typing in the epidemiology of brucellosis
The known Brucella phages Tb, Wb, Fi, BK2, R, R/O, R/C and a newly obtained R/732 have been tested on laboratory and field strains. An attempt was made to relate the epidemiological spreading of brucellosis with the phage groups. Five phage groups have been proposed for future studies
