Analysis of the Operation of the Sectoral Planning Units Within the Latin American and Caribbean Agricultural Planning Process: Their participation in the agricultural sector's policy analysis and decision-making processes
This study present a diagnosis of the current situation of the units of the agricultural planning systems in Latin American and Caribbean. This diagnosis presupposes a grouping, systematization and organization of different problem areas of the IICA member countries.
