Toward inclusive area-based development Conceptual framework

This document is structured around the following topics: the first point addresses the interconnection between rurality, rural areas and family farming; the second item aims to develop a conceptualization of family farming, as a rural segment encompassing the social groups who face the highest levels of exclusion; the third point focuses on the analysis of the conflicting dynamics of the exclusion / inclusion movement in agriculture and rural areas, emphasizing the importance of building a new public policy agenda for inclusive development.
