Brief descriptions are given of the appearance of the wood of C. camibar (from Costa Rica) and of its macroscopic and microscopic anatomy. The wood anatomy of C. camibar and of 2 other Copaifera species (C. officinalis and C. pubiflora) is compared in a table.
