Insect pest ecology, population dynamics and partial crop life tables and loss assessments in intercropped sorghum and maize in Southern Honduras

The occurrence and density of a lepidopterous pest complex on sorghum and maize was recorded in 1988 and 1989. Crop life tables were constructed. Relative and absolute samples were taken to record insect densities and plant mortality in plots representing the farmer's technology and farmer's technology plus weed control with and without insecticide.
