Una propuesta de codificación del ciclo fenológico de musáceas comestibles
A code proposal for phenological development of musaceous, based on decimal uniform code system for crops and weeds, is presented. Ten principal growth stages were defined: 0 sprouting, 1 leaf development, 2 suckering, 3 pseudostem elongation, 4 sucker leaf development, 5 transition to flower, 6 flowering, 7 fruit development, 8 fruit ripening, 9 senescence and death, which take into account the plant mother and sucker development. Each principal growth stages was subdivided into secondary growth stages and micro-stages with codes, when necessary. Descriptives keys with illustrations of secondary growth stages, helptools for application of system and glossary of terms for musaceous, were included.
