This document reports on the sixth meeting of the CECAF Artisanal Fisheries Working Group (AFWG) held in Accra, Ghana from 1 to 3 October 2019. After a period of inactivity, the AFWG revised and updated its terms of reference as agreed at the Seventh Session of the Scientific Sub-Committee in 2015. The overall objective of the Working Group is to improve regional knowledge on artisanal fisheries of CECAF member countries.
