Global Plan of Action for Animal Genetic Resources and the Interlaken Declaration

This report is the first global assessment of the status and trends of animal genetic resources and of the state of institutional and technological capacity to manage these resources. It provides a basis for renewed efforts to ensure that the commitments to the improved management of genetic resources set out in the World Food Summit Plan of Action are realized.
