Technical assistance to the Barbados Agricultural Development Corporation mechanization sub-project
This report deals mainly with the short term objective of rectifying unsatisfactory mechanization operations in several BADC projects. The recommendations fall into two broad categories (a) the institutional framework and the organisational and managerial structure required to increase efficiency and to develop objectives for future mechanization and(b) actual engineering requirments, training requirements, monitoring systems and workshop facilities required.
