HIV surveillance in Pacific Island countries and territories: 2011 report

Each year the HIV surveillance section releases it’s annual HIV epidemiological update. The purpose of the annual report is to describe the epidemiology of HIV in the Pacific and to make brief recommendations for national programme managers, government decision makers and technical partners to improve HIV surveillance and control in the region. The report describes the epidemiology of HIV in the whole Pacific region, in the three subregions of Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia.
