IFAD strategy for knowledge management
This strategy identifies the knowledge themes derived from the IFAD Strategic Framework 2007-2010. It builds on IFAD's existing assets, processes and partnerships. It identifies the specific instruments needed to improve learning and knowledge-sharing at the country programme level and also identifies the cultural and behavioural changes needed for implementation, incentives and training that must be put in place to bring these changes about. Also, it seeks to ensure cost-effectiveness by harnessing resources and efforts and integrating them into a coherent and time-bound results framework.
