The right to food and the TRIPS agreement: with a particular emphasis on developing countries' measures for food production and distribution

Thesis treats the relationship between right to food and intellectual property rights, especially patent and plant variety protection. It identifies important principles with regard to interpretation and application of international law and trade treaties.
